Refund policy

every print is made to order, just for you. so i can't take returns or exchanges if you change your mind (or your wall does).

damaged or wrong prints

if your print shows up bent, scratched, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email hello@valblackburn.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (and the packaging, if it got beat up). i'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your pick. no need to send anything back.

lost packages

if tracking says delivered and it's nowhere to be found, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then email me and we'll sort it out.

cancellations

prints go into production fast. if you need to cancel, email me within 12 hours of ordering and i'll do my best. once it's printing, it can't be canceled.

refunds

approved refunds go back to your original payment method. it can take 5–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank.
